Jon Carson Vintin

Carson was initially taken to the doctor in September of 2019 for a bruise on his shoulder.  After a couple months he began to develop nosebleeds and doctors found it necessary for a biopsy to be done.  On November 23rd, after much waiting, Carson’s parents received a phone call that Carson had Leukemia.  He was immediately admitted to Levine Children’s Hospital, where they eventually found out the specific type.  After going through treatment and experiencing some complications, he was selected to be a part of a trial.  Although it has taken a toll on him, he has been tough through it all.  He loves being outside and playing with cars and trucks and has continued to radiate positivity to those around him.  The Claire Parker Foundation has been able to be there from the very beginning, providing support in a very unknown and trying time.
